Welcome Back To The Art Contest!

Tuesdays in this blog is just for art. Both for you to enjoy and be inspired by.

And as a result we will start off with the winner of last week's contest!

Last week the challenge was to create art using only straight lines.

The winner this week definitely did that and definitely tried out stretching her creativity.

On to Contest #2

This contest is for entries that are just art.

Pencil, pen, marker, oils, acrylics, watercolors, etc...

And each week will have specific guidelines that each entry has to follow.

This week the contest will be for Negative Space! 

The goal this week is to start with the first letter of your name. Then draw something around it, using the letter as negative space.

You can use any medium you like, it doesn't just have to be pencil or pen, just as long as it uses that negative space?

So there you go! Be Creative!

Rules:

• Artwork must have a letter as negative space
• Artwork must be yours. Done by your own hand.
• Artwork must follow the rules
• Send entries to grinderlauren@gmail.com
• Subject line should be 'Art Contest' along with your first and last name
• Include the title of your piece
• Get your entry in before the deadline
• Attach or paste your entry to the email and send
• Have fun!

Deadline: 8:00 PM Monday October 29, 2018

Any entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

Any entries not following the rules from https://4yourinspiring.blogspot.com/p/rules.html will be disqualified.

All entries belong to you. I will not claim ownership of them

I will feature the best entries on the collection page for everyone to see.

The winner will be featured on Friday's post for you to share with you're friends and family to announce your wonderful accomplishment!
