Art Contest #1

The Very First Art Contest On This Blog!

I've been mentioning a new type of contest for this blog and now it has finally arrived!

This contest is strictly for art.

That sentence was kind of an oxymoron though wasn't it? Art is not strict. Art is free and loose.

But this Contest isn't going to be like the prompt contest. The prompt contest allows for entries of any kind from just a prompt. This contest will be for entries that are just art.

Pencil, pen, marker, oils, acrylics, watercolors, etc...

And each week will have specific guidelines that each entry has to follow.

For example: This week's Art Contest.

This week the contest will be for ink drawings! In honor of Inktober of course.

So for those of you who are already participating, you can enter something you have already drawn this month.

For those of you who have no idea what Inktober is, you can click the link to find out more, or you can just do your own thing.

Rules:

• Artwork must be done in pen. Ink!
• Artwork must follow the rules
• Send entries to grinderlauren@gmail.com
• Subject line should be 'Art Contest' along with your first and last name
• Include the title of your piece
• Get your entry in before the deadline
• Attach or paste your entry to the email and send
• Have fun!

Deadline: 8:00 PM Monday October 15, 2018

Any entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

Any entries not following the rules from https://4yourinspiring.blogspot.com/p/rules.html will be disqualified.

All entries belong to you. I will not claim ownership of them

I will feature the best entries on the collection page for everyone to see.

The winner will be featured on Friday's post for you to share with you're friends and family to announce your wonderful accomplishment!
